Caught up on this today in one go the way I'm prone to doing and all I can say is I'm so happy I happened to catch a post about this when the first issue was out!

You really captured that particular circle of the internet perfectly in a way that's so evocative and visceral to me. I really love how this has been laid out and formatted as part of the storytelling.

I'm so intrigued for where the story goes for all these characters!

got recommended this from a plural friend when i was going thru finding out im plural also, and oh my GOD this stings so much as someone who grew up on tumblr and got callouts and was extremely familiar with the environment and just. jesus fucking christ this is one of the best things ive been shown in a LONG time. my god. thank you for this, super inspiring and thoughtful.

thank you so much for your comment! I'm glad you've been enjoying it so far

wow this is excellent!! you really captured the exact vibe that was floating around in the 2021-2022 online sphere, esp in the discord chats. i remember seeing conversations in this exact tone in twt threads and stuff. this kind of thing scratches my itch to be nosy and is also so so good with the foreboding energy. i also really love the artwork, not just how you set up the collages and page layouts (super cool!! also i love the use of vintage nursery rhyme artworks like the box of matches story, i get the feeling there is maybe some metaphorical foreshadowing there?) but also the acrylic paint pen artwork. honestly goes for all of your stuff you are really talented with your use of colors.

super excited to see where this goes! keep up the great work! ✨

Thank you so much!!

So evocative & uncomfortable to read as a DID haver who grew up on tumblr in a culture of moral hypervigilance and reflexive call-outs. I feel seen and watched and tense, a part of my childhood that is totally unknown and unfamiliar to most people I will ever meet being dissected with unnerving clarity. I love the characters and I'm afraid for them. Can't wait for more :3

thank you so much! this entire story is very much inspired by my own experiences with DID and the internet, so I'm glad it's been resonating so far <3

This zine continues to make my stomach twist with its second installment. Like, the replication of that particular sort of "overly cautious teenagers talking online" diction is already such a perfectly-executed, uncomfortable space to read a story in. But the end of this issue in particular - it has this sort of "horror of the page turn" that happens after the discord convo, ominously leading into a whole new aesthetic of blinkies and page decor. There's something of a release of tension, that this is what the issue's been building up to, but it's also foreboding - we know that this can only be the start of more social tension. Very excited to see where this story goes!

Thank you so much!! this is a very thoughtful comment :-)

god this really brings me back a few years. not only is the layout a banger, but the created posts / messages feel so authentic and I think it's beautiful how you're able to capture the Vibe so perfectly. that and it aligns pretty interestingly with my own experiences lol. I had wanted to make something like this too at some point and this feels very inspiring to read. keep up the good work <3

thank you so much!

this whole thing is so so nicely formatted from a decoration collage standpoint and a scrolling view standpoint and general visuals standpoint, i love how this itch page matches <3 <3

thank you!!
